Tuition depends on your child's program, class level and schedule, so we share exact rates during your consultation. Call us or book a consultation and we'll walk you through it.
What's included
What your tuition covers
Class time
Twice a week, 3 hours per class.
Small classes
4–8 students per class, so every child speaks in every class.
Assessment and feedback
Regular assessments and progress reports so you always know how your child is doing.
Parent Portal
Online access to attendance, grades, messages with teachers, and your bills and payment history.
If there are any additional fees, they are listed separately on your monthly bill.
Billing and payment
How billing works
Tuition is billed monthly.
- Each month we email you a bill showing the amount and the due date.
- The bill also shows the academy's bank account details.
- Your bills and payment history are always available in the Parent Portal.
Ways to pay
Bank transferPreferred
Transfer to the academy account shown on your bill. Please enter your child's name as the sender name so we can match the payment.
Card or cash at the front desk
Pay by card or cash at the front desk during office hours. A receipt is provided on the spot.

Tuition policies
Due dates
- Tuition is due by the date shown on your monthly bill.
- Late fees may apply after the grace period. Please contact us if you need more time.
Absences and credits
- Credits are given for excused absences when you let us know in advance.
- Credits are applied to the next month's bill.
- No credit is given for unexcused absences.
Sibling discount
- A sibling discount is available when more than one child is enrolled. Please ask us for details.
Withdrawal and refunds
- Please give written notice to withdraw.
- Unused classes are refunded on a prorated basis.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
