Payment Policies

Payment Schedule
  • Tuition is due by the 1st of each month
  • 5-day grace period (until the 5th)
  • Late fee of ₩50,000 after grace period
  • Parents notified via email and Parent Portal
Absences & Credits
  • Credits issued for excused absences (with 24hr notice)
  • Credit amount: 25% of session cost
  • Applied automatically to next month's bill
  • No credits for unexcused absences
Discounts
  • Sibling Discount: 10% off 2nd child, 15% off 3rd child
  • Early Payment: 5% discount if paid 1 month in advance
  • Referral Bonus: ₩50,000 credit per referral enrollment
Withdrawal & Refunds
  • 30-day written notice required for withdrawal
  • Prorated refund for unused classes
  • Registration fee non-refundable
